Territory Days

On Monday, we went to Territory Days in Old Colorado City. I have heard advertisements for Territory Days over the years, but I never went until now. It was a fun little festival! We had fun checking out all the good food and little shops along the streets. :)

Baby Shower

Kaitlyn threw me a beautiful baby shower this afternoon and it was so fun! She did such a great job on the CUTE decorations and the DELICIOUS food! What a wonderful sister! :)

It was great to see all the girls that came! Some of them I hadn't seen in SO long - it was VERY nice of them to come!! :) :) I LOVED visiting and catching up with everyone and getting to see people before we leave for San Francisco! :) Thanks to everyone for a wonderful afternoon! :) :)

Bruges Waffles and Frites

Last night we went up to Salt Lake to Bruges Waffles and Frites. It's a cute little place right across from Pioneer Park and it reminded me of being in Bruge, Belguim and drooling over the waffles in the windows and eating frites with mayonaise by the water. I LOVED the real Bruges with the canals and boat rides and cute little shops and this place really took me back there. :)
The weather was beautiful, so everyone was eating outside. :)
Caroline and Jordan looking SO excited
Delicious waffles
Bryson got the "Machine Gun" sandwich
My basket of frites
The best part of the night was when the restaurant workers looked over at us and said, "Hey do you guys want some extra food?" Someone hadn't claimed their food, so they gave it to us. It was $40 worth food: 2 of  those "machine gun" sandwiches, a large order of frites, and a strawberry waffle! Bryson and I ate the waffle, Jordan and Caroline bagged the frites to go and we were all too full to even touch the sandwiches. SO, Jordan and Bryson set out on a mission to feed the homeless. Literally.
The loot - all free :)
Our free waffle - delicious!
Bryson and Jordan took the 2 "machine gun "sandwiches and walked across the street to Pioneer Park. They found a homeless man sleeping under a tree and asked him if he would like some food. He gladly accepted. Way to go boys!
Bryson offering the food
The boys walking back, triumphant.
It was a fun night that seriously made me even MORE ready for summer! 8 1/2 more days of school and then we are off to Colorado!! I can't believe that in 3 weeks we will be moving to San Francisco! :) :) Sooo excited!

Whoop there it is!

I SWEAR my belly grew overnight! It didn't look like this on Sunday - but on Monday all of a sudden it was there! Before I was worried that I wasn't big enough and now all of a sudden I am worrying that I am too big for 22 weeks! haha.

I am SOO happy to know that we will get to meet our little nugget in 19 weeks! We're more than half way there!!

Vie en Rose

Kaitlyn and I made this today! We had the idea from here for a while, but never got around to it. Now that I know the "theme" I want for my nursery, we decided on colors and went to work. :) We felt so crafty.

I think it will look PERFECT with the rest of the nursery decor! :) LOVE LOVE LOVE! Thank you "Auntie K." haha
