Stylish Girl

Now that Ava is getting bigger, I feel like clothes are looking cuter and cuter on her.
I LOVE to dress her up in clothes that look like "teenager clothes."
Check out this cute little jacket with her "jeggings," gold flats and cute cheetah headband.
She's my little living baby doll.

And also, look at her sweet eyelashes.
I'm hoping they keep growing and they get nice and long like her Aunt Maddie's. :)

2 months

Ava is 2 months old today!

Bryson and I sang Happy Birthday to her this morning and she loved it!

Ava has a doctor's appointment next Tuesday and we will find out how much she weighs and how long she is and all that good stuff.

At 2 months,
Ava can hold her head up when she is on her tummy and when we are holding her upright.
She pushes her legs up to "stand up."
She smiles a lot.
She makes the cutest noises and coos.
She loves her bouncy seat and will sit in it forever, cooing to herself.
At night, she sleeps 8-9 hours uninterrupted and then goes back to sleep for 3+ hours after eating.
She has met all her aunts and uncles, her grandparents and 2 sets of great-grandparents.
She loves white noise. It will calm her almost instantly.
She loves being swaddled.
She eats every 3 hours, practically on the dot.
She hardly ever spits up and doesn't burp very often either.
She still doesn't love her car seat, but is doing much better than before.
People often think she is older than she is.
The first thing people comment on are her juicy lips. :)
Her big, bright eyes are still blue-grey.
She recently found her hands and loves to put them in her mouth.
She still has a full head of hair, but she is losing it in a strip on the back of her head.
She loves her pacifier.
People always say, "She's such a pretty baby." (Pretty or beautiful instead of "cute.")
She loves her bath and cries when we take her out.
She has the yummiest, chunkiest thighs that I love to squeeze!

And something I am especially proud of...
On our trip to Utah, she rode in the car for 12 hours without crying once. :)

To compare...here is her one month picture:

...and here she is at two months.

We love our sweet, sweet Ava. :)

Happy 2 month birthday, baby girl! :) :)

Grandma and Grandpa Bryson

I was lucky enough to marry into a fantastic family.
Bryson has such wonderful aunts, uncles, cousins and grandparents on both sides.

Grandpa and Grandma Bryson are just about two of the most wonderful people you will ever meet.
They are such a great example of love, family, faith and marriage.

I have learned so much from them by just observing how they interact with and treat one another,
how they value their children, grandchildren and now great-grandchildren,
and how much they love the gospel.

They are truly amazing people.

They are looking pretty good for "great-grandparents" if you ask me. :)
We love cute Grandpa and Grandma Bryson.

Family pictures

Today, Kaitlyn took our "Webster Family Pictures."

We had some bumps along the way (weather and baby had minds of their own) :),

but we ended up with some great pictures. :)

Ava did NOT enjoy taking pictures at all.

She screamed the entire time.

So, we wrapped her in a blanket between each take and popped the pacifier in her mouth every chance we got.

As soon as we put her back in her car seat to go home, this is the face she flashed us (dimple and all):

And she smiled the whole way home.
And then she fell asleep.

We LOVE how our little Ava keeps us on our toes! :)

Thank you Kaitlyn for taking our family pictures!

Maddie

Today we went to the Awful Waffle in Provo. It was delicious! I highly recommend it!

While waiting for our order, I snapped a few pictures of my BEAUTIFUL sister-in-law, Maddie.

Maddie is going to be playing soccer for the University of Utah after high school!

And as you can see...

red fits her perfectly! :)

Yes...it's great being related to beautiful people haha.  ;)

Kaitlyn's Graduation Pictures

Kaitlyn is graduating from dental hygiene school in a few weeks.

She asked me to take pictures for her graduation announcements.

Here is a little sneak peak of her photos taken on this beautiful fall day.

Bow chica wow wow. :)

Ava meets Sophia

Today, Ava met her new friend Sophia.

These girls were supposed to be 6 weeks apart.

Well, they had different plans and ended up being 10 days apart.
Sophia came 3 weeks early and Ava came 10 days late.
(Thanks a lot Ava haha.)

Ava is SO much bigger than Sophia, so we decided we needed a side-by-side picture to compare.

Sophia was sleepy while we were taking the pictures, so we decided to put Ava to work and use her as a pillow for little Sophia's head.

Thanks Adri and Sophia for a fun visit. :)
