Birds

We went on a little Sunday walk today and along the way, Ava was feeding the birds some bread. They were FLOCKING to her. She would sit patiently and feed them and then she would run, run, run to the stroller for more bread. She learned that when she ran, the birds would all fly away at the same time and she just thought it was hilarious. So she would run around and around and around chasing the birds. Part of me felt bad for the birds, but she was just having the time of her life.

I just love the simple things that are so fun to my sweet girl. 

Then she started feeding the geese. Holy moly, there were SO many geese! As soon as they saw the bread in Ava's hands they SWARMED her! I was a little freaked out, but Ava didn't flinch, she stayed very calm and fed them all until the bread ran out. Of course, once the bread was gone...the geese were out of there and couldn't have cared less about us anymore.
