Ava is sick.
After 6 months of great health, it was bound to happen.
And now, it's hit hard.
She started the week with teething (which I know isn't an illness, but it might as well be haha),
and then she got a cold with a congested chest cough,
and then this morning we woke up to find her covered in spots.
A rash, all over her sweet baby body.
A rash mostly on her chin, hands and feet.
We took her to the doctor this afternoon and it took not even 5 minutes before the doctor knew the diagnosis.
Hand, Mouth and Foot Disease.
Seriously?
Poor baby Ava.
Sleeping is out the window, and we are under quarantine until it has run its course.
Here's to a speedy recovery.
